Yuksel commits to further development in Saudi Arabia: Ahmet Halavuk


Ahmet Halavuk, General Manager of Yuksel, expressed gratitude on Turkish Republic Day, acknowledging the significant support from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman in building Saudi Arabia’s infrastructure. In a statement, Ahmet highlighted Yuksel’s satisfaction with the conducive business atmosphere and secure environment for work, aligning with Vision 2030.

Celebrating the 100th anniversary of Turkish Republic Day, Ahmet extended appreciation to Turkish citizens, as well as Saudi and foreign companions. Emphasizing the strong ties between Türkiye and Saudi Arabia, he affirmed Yuksel’s commitment to playing a pivotal role in the Kingdom’s development.

With a 40-year history as a pioneer in the Saudi construction market, Yuksel has contributed to various projects, including pipelines, roads, universities, dams, military facilities, and hospitals. Ahmet underscored Yuksel’s technical prowess, on-time performance, and global acclaim for project delivery.

Highlighting involvement in private-sector projects, Ahmet mentioned the completion of the BRT project on key Riyadh roads, stormwater networks, and the Abu Bakr As-Siddique Road. Yuksel has also undertaken projects for prestigious entities such as the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, Riyadh Municipality, and King Faisal University.

Established in 1963 in Ankara, Yuksel has evolved into a major player in the Saudi Arabian and Middle Eastern construction landscape. Ahmet noted Yuksel’s pivotal role in Turkey’s infrastructure development through contracts spanning transportation, energy, environment, and industry.

Looking ahead, Ahmet affirmed Yuksel’s readiness to contribute to the sustainable development of the Kingdom in line with Vision 2030. He highlighted the completion of 65 projects in Saudi Arabia worth over SR16.4 billion, with approximately SR3 billion invested in 15 ongoing projects.

In expressing gratitude, Ahmet emphasized the strength of unity, thanking Saudi citizens, Turkish nationals, and foreign associates for their well-wishes. He extended further celebration on the momentous occasion of the 100th Turkish Republic Day.
